Echo & Stone began the way many good ideas do: through years of collaboration, late-night texts and a shared sense that the branding world had gotten… a little lost.

Over a decade of partnering on projects, Erin and Sarah – two creatives with wildly different brains but aligned values – watched businesses pour money into marketing that looked good on paper (and sometimes Instagram) but didn’t actually work. Pretty branding. Empty strategy. Agencies checking boxes and padding reports with just enough jargon to distract from the lack of real results.

So, we decided to do something about it.

With one foot in fine art and the other in analytics, Erin is a rare creative who’s just as comfortable in a spreadsheet as she is in a sketchbook. She brings depth, discipline and data to everything she touches. She’s the grounding force who spots the disconnect in your messaging and tells the hard truth to move your brand forward.

Sarah studied communications and advertising, but she’s not your typical strategist. She’s a big-picture dreamer who brings lightness, imagination and a deep sense of what could be. She sees the brand beyond the present moment and delivers the hard truth with just the right softness when it’s needed.
